For expressions such as 把𨶙咩 baa2 lan2 me1 and 把屁 baa2 pei3 we usually expect the literal meaning, followed by the extended colloquial meaning, but here the author seems to be skipping the literal meanings.
--I think what's confusing here is that the "See also" items come before the gloss for the headword. That's the reverse convention from other ABC dictionaries. One can get the false impression that the gloss corresponds to the "See also" items. In the PDF and hard copy the "See also" band is in parentheses, which helps to prevent that confusion.
