Invisible as a verb?

I've never heard "invisible" used as a verb. Should the entries producing the Chinese terms maybe be something like "make oneself invisible"? --Lemuel (talk) 01:45, 5 May 2017 (UTC)

I think it's a mistake that the recently changed entry for "invisible" includes "v." as a part of speech. It should only be "adj." Either the four Chinese terms used in the gloss...

kànbujiàn 看不见[--見] r.v. ①can't see ②be invisible

¹wúxíng* 无形[無-] {E} attr. ①invisible; intangible ②amorphous

yǐnxíng 隐形[隱-] v.o. make oneself invisible ◆attr. invisible

²yǐnshēn 隐身[隱-] v.o. 〈Dao.〉 make oneself invisible

... should all be combined and followed by "de 的" in the English entry (currently only the first two are), or the second two should be given as gloss for the phrase "make oneself invisible". If ²yǐnshēn is limited to Daoism it may not be appropriate in the En entry. Tangmu (talk) 10:03, 5 May 2017 (UTC)
