Basis for adding "pencil sharpener"
I've added "pencil sharpener" as the first translation in this entry. The term 铅笔刀 appears to have expanded beyond pencil-sharpening knives to regular pencil sharpeners. See Taobao for an example. --Lemuel (talk) 16:16, 7 May 2017 (UTC)
