I don't think people use the term "name product" do they?
"famous product" is in various dictionaries as a definition of 名品.
Example: Murakami sent a letter last year to Obama, enclosing a set of lacquer chopsticks, a famous product of this town on the Sea of Japan (East Sea) in Fukui prefecture's Wakasa region.
I think it would sound odd to call these chopsticks a "name product".
Another term that seems suitable is "name-brand product". Maybe that's what was actually intended by "name product".
which was translated as "Now the general public are clamoring for name-brand second-hand goods. Having thrown off its hippy stigma, second-hand clothing has now launched itself into the fashion mainstream."
Another: And forget paying big bucks for designer wear.
