1) Sense #1: emergency call; emergency treatment: As far as I'm aware, an "emergency call" is a type of phone call. [1] I couldn't find an example of usage for that sense, and in any case, "emergency call" seems to be a different sense from "emergency treatment".
2) Regarding the example sentence "去看急診! Go to the emergency!" : I'm not familiar with "the emergency" as a term for "the emergency department of a hospital" (if that's the intended meaning). Maybe it would be clearer to make it "Go to the emergency department!"?
3) The French definition "[fr] appel d'urgence" seems to be a translation of "emergency (phone) call". I find this on the Web, for example: "Appeler le 112 en cas d'urgence. En composant le 112, vous entrez en communication avec le centre d'appel d'urgence du territoire sur lequel vous vous trouvez." So the French definition of 急診 seems to completely miss the main meaning ("emergency treatment").
