The first character 拗, which Wenlin defines as "contrary; recalcitrant", seems likely to be incorrect. I expect the correct character is 坳, which is a similar one, but it has an earth radical on the left-hand side rather than a hand radical, and it means "hollow/depression in the ground".
Also, I doubt that 坳陷 is purely an "attr." There is a Baike article titled 坳陷, in which 坳陷 is used as a noun – for example, 济阳坳陷位于华北平原东部,... [1]
