Pleco's PLC defines 小腿 as "shank; lower leg" and Key says "lower leg; shin; shank".

ABC and Key agree that 小腿肚 is "calf".

So I changed the ABC definition of 小腿 from "calf" to "lower part of the leg (from knee to ankle)".
