From Wenlin Dictionaries
"facial part" looks to me like Chinglish derived by a character-by-character translation the two characters 臉 and 部. Usually, the best glosses for 臉部 are "face" (when it's a noun) and "facial" (attributive usage). See examples at jukuu: http://jukuu.com/search.php?q=%E8%84%B8%E9%83%A8
"facial part" often means a part of the face, such as the lips, as in the following examples.
"Replantation is the ideal method of reconstructing amputated small facial parts."
"Facial part drawing" (mouths, noses, eyes etc) https://au.pinterest.com/yinxinhe/facial-part-drawing/
That's not what 臉部 means. Richwarm (talk) 06:39, 4 May 2017 (UTC)
