Sub-entry salt-free diet
I had to remove the pointer to "salt-free diet" as a sub-entry, due to a technical limitation. "salt-free diet" can be a sub-entry of "diet", or a sub-entry of "salt", but not both. In print editions, it would mean the same sub-entry would appear twice, and we have consistency-checking scripts that don't allow it. Someday we might overcome this limitation; we'd need to decide what to do for print editions. Personally I've never liked the way sub-entries work in print editions: their placement is too arbitrary. I'd rather treat them (and alphabetize them) as main entries and indicate the relationships in another way, as is already the case to a large extent in digital editions (desktop and wiki).
