A  newborn baby (子 zǐ upside down), with hair hanging down.
The Shuōwén Seal form of 㐬(􂥨𡿮) liú ‘nurture/foster’ is said to combine 𠫓(􂥧) tū ‘(newborn) baby in head-down position’ (phonosemantic), with 巛(􁾗) hair hanging down; the inverted child is in head-down position, for an easy (perhaps too easy) non-breech birth; formerly wr. 𠫓, cf. 𠫓.
Seven strokes, according to 《汉字正字手册》, but only six strokes according to 《康熙字典》 (by combining strokes 1 and 3).
Note: 㐬(􂥨𡿮) is to 㜽(􂥎𡿹􂥏𢀇) zǐ ‘child’ (inverted) as 𠫓(􂥧) is to 子(􂥍𠯃).
Note: 㐬 (7 strokes), according to 《汉字正字手册》 (𠫓󰀂), but 㐬󰀁 (6 strokes) according to 《康熙字典》 (𠫓).
