Note: 〇 is the ordinary form (小写) of the digit zero (used only in writing numbers; e.g. 四〇五 = 405).
Compare: 零, the elaborate form (大写) of the digit zero (used also in writing words; e.g. 四零五 = 405; 零件 língjiàn ‘spare parts’).
